Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. JC Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.

JC Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim if needed.
